I paid for a sample, and now they are deducting monthly orem utah

I recieved a sample of this pain cream for s&h. I did not sign up for anything more. Apparantly, they think I am on some sort of automatic plan. They made a deduction to my bank account and I did not authorize that, nor did I recieve anything!

I was given two different phone numbers and both are different companies. I have no address and cannot find a web address.

I have notified my bank to see if they have an address and to stop any further deductions. I will find this company and they will credit back my money! I will smear their name all over the internet. I will also report them to the BBB and Attorney General in their state (once I get one).
