I've been on long haul impairment for that previous 12 years because of back issues. They continued to express easily didn't obtain the doctor data back again to them from the 18th of May (today I acquired the notice May 17 within the email) that I'd get stop. I named Metlife and described I simply hadn't gotten the notice they stated they delivered December 11 which the notice I acquired nowadays (May 17.2008)

Was stating that I required the info in by April 18. I can not determine why after 12 years (and that I understand they've all my doctor's records from Freedom) they believe I will function particularly when every Doctor has mentioned that I'm completely disabled.
