On 3-18-08 i requested 7 days of green tea weight loss supplements. I just paid $3.95 s.H. Handful of weeks later i had been charged $75.95 for hoodia pills. I called to see what was happening why this charge was on my c.C. She said i had been suppose to cancel within 10 times. I responded, there is no sheet within the order with any number to call it was just the pills. I informed her i acquired this variety off our c.C. Overview statement that is how i really could call her today... I informed her i did not need the merchandise she said it had been shipped. She said i will send you a reimbursement linen having a rma # (reimbursement substance agreement) load it out, don't open offer if you obtain create rma# on-package place type in cover signal it and rma# on cover recording to bottom of package and send it back and we will refund you c.C. When we get product. Awesome okay. Well i named 4-15-08 to determine if they recieved our goods back the rude young girl said yes on 4-14-08 they received it but don't give refunds and who ever sent me the refund type email wasn't authorized to do this... Therefore i responded, "so generally i am s.O.L." she said yes i requested to get a supervisor or somebody i might speak with she said our managers don't speak about the phone to customers and their was nothing she could do and hung on me... I'd like our $75.95 this really is b.S. Somebody tell me ways to get it back please i'd so much relish it.
