Paid for order 17th March, goods never received, e-mails being ignored China

On March 17th I placed an order for slimming tablets, was told website for payment not working properley so asked to pay cash into Phillip Hodgkinsons personal Halifax bank account. I said I wasn't happy doing that but he assured me it was ok, I could trudt him. This was done the next day. No order received, was told friend in England who sends orders out had a lot of shit but would be going out next day on a next day delivery service. Still no order and Phillip is ignoring my e-mails
