Massage Envy
Don't waste your money!

After my first visit absolutely sucked I was given a coupon to come back. I should of none better. But my boyfriend and I went back... And again it was horrible. We give better massages to each other. Our first visit was cut short. So we made a point to look at the clock on the wall in our room. Our apt. Was for 2:30. We arrived early and finally got to our room at 2:40. I did expect a full hour since that is what we were paying for.

At 3:20 our therapist said to take our time getting up and drink lots of water... Goodbye. I was shocked. I spoke with the girl at the desk about our time. She had no response. Not a word. I told her that we would never, ever come back to Massage Envy. She did not know what to say, she said nothing. I did not expect or want another coupon because I would never use it. The massage itself was below our expectations.

I do feel Ripped Off today. But letting others know my story is making me feel a little better. I know the massage didn't.
