Dr. Motherwell Rough, Rude, and Ignorant Staff

Went to an expensive orthodontist in same parking lot before, but chose Motherwell because of decent price. Motherwell has a dry sense of humor, and comes off as being rude. He does not always oversee his patients. He has not chosen a good staff.

The girls that do the actual work on the braces are completely ignorant. They have to always call the receptionist up front to have her help fix or put on the new brace almost every time we go in. Oh... She doesn't wash her hands either before putting them in your mouth. If there is a wire hurting your mouth, they don't try their best to clip it close. They give up too soon.

His receptionist is embarassing because she wears low cut shirts. Not appropriate for anyone to see her chest. She does not return phone calls. The office is not open very many hours, therefore cutting down on overhead.

Dr. Motherwell, you need to do these things for a successful business: Tell your staff to dress modestly, hire competent workers, wash your hands before sticking them in someone's mouth, be careful when trying to 'be funny' (it comes off as being rude), and be kind because children are tender at the teenage years.
