Unauthorized Deduction From My Account

I discovered that Colonmate.com did an unauthorized deduction on my account when I received my monthly bank statement. Their scam action happened on March 11 at 11:22pm. When I tried to confront the company about this illegal action I was told that since I had accepted their "free sample" and had not contacted them about the 2 months supply that came in the mail within a 7 day period that they were authorized to collect $78.98. I stated that I will not accept this action. I was told to go to their support site (support@Colonmate.com) and apply for a RMA number. Unfortunately for me my computer is not on a server (Comcast customer) and I could not send a response to their MS Outlook Express 6 mail system. However, I filed a complaint with the State Attorney's Office in California and also with my bank. I will have someone attempt to get a RMA number for me.
