I placed an order 8, never got it, was told there were problems with the pharmacy, now I can't reach them

I actually did get one prescription filled initially, but like everyone else here, when I ordered a refill I didn't get anything except for a confirmation that my payment was approved. Now I can't get through to them by phone, and (I could be blind) can't figure out how to log-in to the account manager. So do they fill everyone's prescription once, to gain their trust, then not fill the refills after receiving payment? Is there a class-action lawsuit against this company? If not, how does one go about getting one?
I've never filed a complaint here before, so don't know how this works. Do lawyers look at this? With so many complaints - and I'm sure there are more out there; I myself have let it slip by for 8 months and remember only once in a while that I am owed money (yes, I will phone my credit card after posting this) - can't someone do something?
