I placed an order for Diet pills which I was billed for and never recieved. My calls go unanswered or I am told that I will recieve a refund, yet have not recieved a refund

On Feb. 13 I placed an order for Diet pills with USMedsCenter.com. My bank was charged on Feb. 16 for the amount of $64.83. Today is March 13 i have not recieved my product or a refund. I have called the company to and have asked for a refund. The company lines are always busy. They don't take calls. The billing company says that they cant refund my money.
