Run-con job, rip off for bio identical hormones, weight loss

Get your bio-identical hormones at Oakdell Pharmacy for $325.00, Dr. Jose Reyes and his staff are sales rep's not nurses and Doctor's that care about you and your health. They conned me into signing a 1 year contract after authorizing an increase in my Care Credit card without my permission or knowledge to accomodate their $4900. Program. Then I see the Dr. Only to be told he didn't think he could help me due to the med's I was on.

Then I go to Oakdell for my $100. Med's only to be told by clients waiting in there others had been conned by him, and he was under investigation & I could have had a saliva test done there for $325.00. I was furious, went home and cancelled my card and contract with them.

Didn't hear from them for a week with no concern why I was cancelling only to be told that Care Credit my credit card company had sided with them and they were getting their money anyway. This is still under investigation as I will have to hire an attorney now to reverse charges, any attorney out there willing to take this on may have a class action suit, as I am sure there are others.

I am ready to march in front of their office so others will know to stay away from this office. They did not give me any receipts and when I did get them 2 weeks later they had written all over the charges and paper work notes after I signed. Now tell me that's not illegal..!!!
Beware run, look for ad's in newspaper and run!!!
