Fiance in $5,000 debt without permanent bridges and with cut tongue

My fiancee Stephen has been a victim of Aspen Dental after 5,000 dollars in debt, Stephen still doesn't have his permanent bridges he has suffered multiple cuts to his tongue while making imprints and he has witness practicing with non sterile tools.

I have attended almost every appointment with my fiancee and while waiting in the lobby I have seen many upset and irate people come and go. We are seeking restitution from this company.
