Shipping scam and they give your credit card information to other companies who charge you with out authorization

I got the Wu-Yi tea after finding it on the internet. I wasn't convinced that it would help me loose wait but tea has other benifits. It was supposed to be a free trial for $6.95.

My card was charged and then a few days later the tea arived I also begain recieving e-mails with tips and advice on how to excersize inorder to loose wait. I found this flood of spam to be very anoying so I deleted most of the e-mails with out opening them.

When I opend the box wth the tea there was a few papers at the bottom of the box. On the third page in small print as I was reading it said that they would begin sending me shipments every 2 months and charging me $37.00. I imediatly called the 1 800 number and was prompted to cancle via the e mail. A few days later my card was charged $37.00 for the origonal tea that was supposed to be free as long as I paid the shipping.

After they did not respond to my cancle e mail I went on their web page and had a live chat with one of their workers. They assured me that they would cancle my "benificial free offer" as they called it that came with the tea. I thought that was the end of it! I was wrong!

A few months later I lost my debit card since I don't use that account very often. When I checked my account online and reported my card lost, I noticed this charg for $19.95 from a company called Living Lean. I knew I had never heard of this company so I called the 1-800 number listed with the charge on my bank statement.

The phone oporator informed me that I was very lucky to be reciving this service since I had bought the Wu-Yi tea. Aparently this company took my credit card information and was charging me almost 20 bucks a month so I could have the privlige of recieving Junk Spam mail from them! Lucky me.

Apparently I had been given a free 3 month trial and now it was over. I told them they had better refund my money since I already cancled their Wu-Yi shipping scam and had already told them they were not authorized to make any charges on my account. They said they would refund the money and even gave me a refund confermation code. That was three days ago and the money has not been refunded.

I have heard that this company goes by other names as well and will continue charging your card saying that you got services free with your tea and now the free trial is over. Services you do not want need or know about. Oh and the tea is nothing other then oolong tea that can be bought for 8 bucks at the store. Don't deal with this company. They are scam artist. Close your bank account, open a new one.
