Caused Life Threatening Emergency because refused to refill perscription

Without any notification my account which had never missed a in payment in 7 years was sent to collections 15 days after my insurance company changed.

I attempted pay the outstanding balance at the Drs office but they would not accept because I ahd to pay collection agency.

Collection agency took my payment but would not notify the Dr for 1 month.

I had to leave the country on business and needed a perscription but they would not give it to me even though I had paid my "questionable" debt.

I tryed to contact Dr Galak directly but he refuses to take calls from any of his paitents.

I finally had to goto the emergency room to get my perscription filled.

Please do not use this clinic if you value your life.
