Frradulent charges on credit card

On December 18 I ordered their gold membership for 9.95 a month. It came with a thirty day trial period. I cancelled this membership on January 13 via email. On January 14 they sent me an email reply saying that my mebership was cancelled. On January 17 they charged my creidt card for the 9.95. I caled them and they said they would look into the matter and I never heard anything back from them. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge and they refunded my money back.

On February 19 they have once again charged my credit card for 9.95. All people need to be aware of the fact that this so-called established company is engaging in fradualent business practice and will ripoff any and all people who want to do business with this company. Beware and do not do business with medic alert.
