Unauthorized Excessive Charges to my Credit Card, No customer service to contact

I paid for my husband and I for 6 months upfront on a credit card. The month before the contract was to expire, I wrote and mailed a letter as stated in the contract letting them know that we will not be renewing our membership with them.

The following month on the 1st I was charged a monthly fee, and on the fifteenth I was charged another monthly fee. I went into the gym with a copy of my contract and credit card statement and was told the matter would be taken care of.

The very next month I was charged a monthly fee again. I contacted my credit card company and asked to have them restrict this company from charging me and was told that I could not. So in turn I was forced to cancel my credit card account.

I have tried several times to contact Firm Fitness, have left messages, and even contacted the Better Business Bureau to no avail.

Do Not Provide this company with any of your credit card information as they have no problem charging you without authorization, and no one to talk to if you have a problem. Very unprofessional.
