RIP OFF Company should get take a dose of Colon Cleans to clean up its Money Grabbing ways

Ordered product "Colon Cleans" Jan. 14/08 on Internet. Received 14 day trail dose on Jan. 28/08 via USPS First Class mail. During the week prior to receiving the trail offer, I contacted this RIP OFF firm in order to cancel my order prior to the 14 day trail end. I ended up being informed by their msg centre that "We are Updating Our Phone Msg Service" and " Would not be able to return calls until the next business day". I left a msg to cancel that day. I called the next day on January 20/08 to get an operator and was put on hold for 3 full cycle's from "You are Caller # 24" to "You are Caller #16" and finally the last cycle "You are caller # 10". It took 1 1/2 hours waiting time. Finally left another cancellation msg.
Called this firm every day from that point on leaving msg's when I could, no one returned the calls as indicated they would until Feb. 11/08 when I spoke to a Susan who informed me that my order was cancelled JAnuary 29/08. I was relieved to hear that until I got another package in the mail during the week of Feb. 11/08 at which time I called this RIP OFF Firm again after I saw and entry on my credit card indicating a $87.31 entry. I spoke to a RIP OFF Artist MArk, who also needs to take a dose of Colon Cure to subdue his very unprofessional phone manner indicating I should have read the instructions to cancel.
This firm needs to be put on the Pedastal Of WORST CUSTOMER service attitude. He indicated that I would receive a call from his manager that day... That day was 4 days ago! Guess I am not getting my unathorized CC entry back. Be aware!!!
