Idiot Proof Diet Charged Visa $55.95 for Diet Books. I have since determined that this was illegitimate, but they have not provided any phone #s or Customer Service

I ordered these diet books, for a sum of 55.95, on 11 February. But have since determined that this company is not legitimate. However, (conveniently for THEM), there is no Customer Service Address or telephone number to be found. The receipt indicates a Clickbank Order #, but that's all. It also says: "For technical help, please contact the publisher" and shows an e-mail address. I have tried to go to this e-mail address, to no avail.

I don't know exactly how to proceed.
