Fraud and cheating!

Requested on 1/2/08. Was handed fake following data.By 2/12/08 however no item. Phone and online talk "support department" are offshore also it exhibits.in one discussion (I've created evidence) they stated the purchase could be within 5 times, a few phrases later claims, the purchase was ended, on the other hand, the purchase ought to be within 5 days - this time around supplying a tracking number. Works out to become the initial fake tracking number. Our numerous demands to get a reimbursement have gone overlooked. At this time I've submitted a challenge with my lender.
