Returned item nov. 07 never had acredit to mycreditcard. Many phone calls talked to 2different people still nothing. Email cant get contact

After ordering a product and changed my mind andsent it back in nov 07, i talked to 2 different people. Iwas told my credit card would credited. Two months later nothing many phone calls to customef service after 1 ring it goes dead. Also tried email, does not work, does not exist iwas told. Also after refusing the product the first time it was returned tothem they repacked it and sent it back to me again. Isent it back again and nothing.
