Unethical behavior!

2007 01-30 After I introduced my kitten in to the center since another kitten had injured her, Doctor Gold received body included in the therapy. Within the examining space before therapy, I requested Doctor Siver for an sales of anticipated costs and so I could be organized after I acquired my kitten. Doctor Gold described the related costs and offered me a published estimation of 283.25

After I acquired my kitten, I had been billed over $50.00 more! After I had the audacity to question his statement provided the estimation, the person went beyond rude, I believed he'd swing out. Works out the extra cost was for his "charge" that was not shown about the initial estimation. It was a cost I knew nothing about. He claims his assistant must have explained. She'dnot. I believe in that situation, that is his in house problem not mine under stress. Why don't you simply line item this charge about the published estimation? Why must it's assumed the client understands? Appears like an extremely deceptive strategy in my experience, and of course his unwarranted rudeness and downright nastiness.

Their answer? He determined, without conferring, to maintain his "charge" and abandon running my kittenis bloodwork! He chose to make certain he settled herself at my kitten's cost. This from the guy who says on his published appraisal "... Be confident that the healthiness of your dog is our greatest problem..."

I don't believe so. I never returned.
