No information for clients, they left us hanging

I'm very frustrated, i am owed money for unused weeks and those expensive bars that had to be pre-purchased. There's no way to talk to anybody to see if they are actually working on these "refund applications" when i received my refund application one of the counselors said that they have no intentions on refunding this money.
