I filled out their online information fact sheet to get information about receiving pain medication for my chronic back pain. I never heard from themaand when going through my bank statements, I found a withdrawal in the amount of $115.00 from epainmeds. I did not authorize this as I never received any information I requested. Their webpage has since gone down. The withdrawal was made on 09/02 from my Selco credit union account. I just want my money back.
