Trying to deny preventive care claim!

Reluctant to recognize their agreement of supplying a 100% covered preventive process. I investigated and effectively countered all of their different factors for refusal. These were possibly incapable or reluctant to provide the actual cause. A note left to get a boss was never delivered. After-hours about the telephone with numerous brokers more than 3 times, and my rejection to hold up, they ultimately I would like to keep in touch with a boss who stated it had been a particular medical code mistake from the physician. We will notice when they recognize their agreement using the fixed state.
