Great american life defrauded my personal bank account. $745.00

I sent great american life insurance co a letter dated 01/10 telling them to cancel my insurance because I joined a medicare HMO.
I also called them, So I thought everything was fine.

Than I happened to check my bank statement and saw where they were still drafting my personal bank account $149.00 a month. So I called them again and told them to stop doing so, I told them I sent them a letter to cancel like they ask me too.

So than I assumed everthing was fine until I saw were they drafted from my account again and again. Finally I went to my back and ask what could be done, The lady at the bank put a block on my account so great american could no longer debit my account.

But not before they took a total of $745.00 out of my account over a period of 5 months.

Than the company sent me an explanation of benefits noticed which was for services from my doctor visits for 01/12 thur 03/22.
It stated we denied payment to the doctor named above.
Reason claim was denied, You are a member of a medicare HMO.
