Poor service you can have in whole USA

Please don't try this place. They deal you like a sh. T. They don't care for their customer except ripping them. These people don't believe in using the words Thanks, Please, not even a single nice word. No smile at all. We have very bad experience.

Even my small children noticed this. Believe me even in cook county hospital they give you better services and respect than this place. That is why they are always free. Dont waste your time and money to visit this place.

The girls in the front desk simply point you toward a wall and use wording like "Pick glasses from that wall" They don't believe in walking with you, helping you in picking glasses, smiling, not even eye contacting.

On the bottom line, I could not understand how they are surviving in this market.
