STILL Ripping people off in the New Yea

Spouse signed up for the supposed "free trial" for the $5.95 "sample".in what must have been MICROSCOPIC FINE PRINT they set you with a "free" account and then proceed to automatically bill your credit/debit cards for literally hundreds of dollars every other month. They say it's "easy to cancel anytime".. NO IT IS NOT! They do NOT answer their phone and when they do, they DO NOT cancel anything. You MUST cancel your credit/debit card to get these thieves off your back. I cancelled everything (cards etc..) followed up with certified mail to Hydro-derm AND BBB AND Master-card Security. Do not patronize this company, you will regret it.
