HCG medical stealed my money

We talk about a weight loss treatment.By phone, they ask me for my doctor o send my vitals to them, so my doctor said no, so i called and i told them what my doctor said, them I ask for the refund of $510. They said no refund should be made after lab work. But we never did any lab work, so i am entitle for refund, but they refused. So just like that, they steal my money.
