Lies To Vendors

A few weeks ago, a representative from Pure Weight Loss contacted our company to tell us that monies owed to our company would be delayed until the end of January. The said "cash flow" would become much better at the beginning of the year, as many people begin to diet after the New Year. They asked us if we could remain patient and assured us they would pay. Then we find out the news that they are indeed folding up the company on January 4th. It's my belief that they directly lied to our organization because they knew they would file in court to dismiss themselves from creditors such as us.

In the 25 years that I have serviced my customers, this is a first. We are a small company who now will have to eat thousands of dollars. Our company will certainly do whatever we can to recoup any/all of the monies they owe. I believe we were totally mislead after the internal decision had already been made by this company and they need to be held accountable on a personal level.
