People in need of occupational health insurance BEWARE and go to another insurance company!
Zurich upholds the actions of its employee (who thinks she owns the company) Beth Ann Goldberg.

This person is a total waste of good space. She is a liar, she will falsify reports to make sure that you get kicked off of benefits even if you can not work, she don't care, she is out to look good for the company screw the policy holder.

I was injured at work and my only hope to keep the house going was this so called insurance policy from Zurich. The policy cost me about 150.00 a month. I was never late on my payment.
When I needed the policy I had to deal with this Goldberg person. At first she acted like she was there to help me... Liar. My doctor said I needed surgery and this "person" sent me to see one of their doctors who said nothing was wrong with me and I was released to go back to work.

I tried to work but I couldn't. I called this "person" Beth Ann Goldberg and told her I couldn't work, she told me to bad the case was closed and she hung up on me.

I called back and tried to talk with her supervisor and she told me that she was head of that department and hung up on me again when she found out who I was.

I attempted to return to work as I have a wife and kids to feed. I was involved in another accident caused by the first injury and the accident involved the injury of 3 other people.

I am now in the process along with the 3 other people in taking severe legal action against Zurich, the company doctor and Beth Goldberg. If it were not for her playing God 4 people would be in better health today.

If there is anyone else out there who Goldberg has done this to, please take legal action against her and the company!

She has had medical issues in the past according to my attorney and you would thing that someone like that would want to help not hurt people who are sick and in need of help. Help that was paid for through insurance premiums.
