I did not have anything done, yet I owe them money!

I won a gift certificate for $500 at the Peabody Rooftop Party. I called and scheduled my appointment to see what it was all about. I went to the appointment and a woman sat down to discuss what services they provided. She said that she needed me to fill out an application with care credit to see what I could get approved for, so that we can see what I could afford. A few moments later the woman came back and said that I was approved. She sold me all these services, and before I knew it, I was wisked out the door. The woman was very high pressure, and I thought that I could just say yes, I was interested, but then call and cancel when I felt more comfortable. I was brought into a private room with a VERY PUSHY saleswoman and I didn't feel comfortable. As soon as I left, I called them back from my car and said that I decided to cancel, I did not have the money to pay for any of these services. The woman advised that I couldn't cancel. After I hung up with her, I called Care Credit to cancel my account. I thought that surely I had some type of provision where I had a certain amount of time to cancel, and I was calling them not even 10 minutes after I walked out. When Care Credit advised that my account was closed, I assumed that everything was taken care of. UNTIL, last week I started receiving collection calls from Care Credit, they call me almost 20 times a day, no exageration. I started to do some research and I noticed that I wasn't their only victim. I sent an email to my local news station to see if they can help me. The General Counsel for the company is Kevin Piecuch. I found a news article where they refunded this girls money back in South Carolina...
