I answered the "free trial" ad from MSN home page. The products arrived after one week of the 30 days had passed and only then did I learn that if I did not send the product back in less than three weeks, my credit card would be billed $95.
In four weeks, my card was billed and I received more product which I refused at the post office.in IQ's defense, I have received a product returned notice, but have not received a return on the credit to date... But new statement isn't here.
I am upset that I did not know that I would keep receiving products on a regular basis, especially when I didn't even know if it worked yet. Products seem to be very good, but one free gift was subsititued for one I didn't want, and I do not want to spend that much unless I choose to do so.
