National Pharmacy Network Another Ripoff Scam!

I have requested a refund of $700.00 after not making any money through this business. I was told on the phone and in writing that if I did not make any money in one year that my money would be refunded to me.
To this date 11-14-07 I have not received a refund. I have a limited income and really need my money back.
