Charged me $69.95 for product I didn't orde

I should have known when the "free" 10-day sample cost $6.95 for shipping and handling. The form on the website didn't make mention of any future shipment or charges. I got the sample in the mail about ten days after it was ordered. I took two of the pills but didn't notice any difference is my appetite so I didn't take any more of them. I called my credit card company as soon as I got another shipment. They advised me to call Hoodiaplex. Customer service at Hoodiaplex Labs told me I could return the product but there wouldn't be a refund. I recalled the credit card company to dispute the charges and they issued a credit to me while they dispute the charges.
