Refusing to pay doctors under contract agreement

I had been in a poor car wreck and the accident wasn't my problem. I had been hit directly from the on comming vehicle. They said the hit was when compared with striking a tree at 110 kilometers and time. I've many injuries and my health insurance is refusing to pay for a lot of my expenses. Walmat blue cross blue shield of alabama claims it's not included in my healthinsurance i've thru walmart. Yes i'm a wal mart worker. I've been fighting together over this plus they are still refusing to cover these expenses. Recall i'm a wal mart employee and that i they don't pay well whatsoever. Along with all this i can't pay these expenses our-co pay is 20% but i'm obtaining expenses for over $1,000.00is of dollars since they will not pay my bills so when i visit the physician i'm forced to pay for or they'll not see me i've to put this on my credit cards and today i owe a large number of dollars as a result of this! I want help and that i require it fast! They've also explained many lies on why they don't pay the bills and says it's not included in the policy and there's nothing in the policy on this whatsoever what am i to complete.
