Poor service!

This is actually the 3rd period this company. Has sometimes neglected to create air for my mom or a worker stops or was dismissed as well as their "purchases" were miscommunicated. There's no justification for this to occur. Our mom is on liquid air plus they claim they do not provide on weekends because of no ships to shop in factory on vacations. Our momis physician bought her to possess liquid air so when "this " occurs we've to connect her on her concentrator that requires examined (lincare man claimed he'd the next time he arrived.) Additionally she runs on the BIPAP device which needs to be transferred to be able to utilize it alongside her. It has truly upset her and me. What exactly may be the individual to complete? This is the way she lives and we-don't consider this gently. Thanks for allowing me complain.
