Weight Loss Cure Credit Card Theft

I saw the info-mercial on ION Televsion KPXB and purchased the ONE book, The Weight Loss Cure. This book is a complete ripoff. You must go to a doctor for this diet. Don't need the book if I am going to a diet doctor! Didn't return the book because after shipping, it just wasn't worth it. (This book is sold at Sam's club, if you just have to read it.)

Every month since then, I have had a charge on my credit card for products sold by this corporation. I never ordered and I never received. I disputed the charges every month, but I finally had to close my credit card. The company issued a new one to me with a different number.

ION Television claims to be a moral and family friendly station, so I am writing them also. They shouldn't let this man use them to rip off people.

I submitted a report to the Better Business Bureau, but I haven't seen any results yet.
Money talks to the televison and the BBB, I assume.
Isnt this credit card fraud? Can't this man be proseuted?
