I ordered free trail it never came and was then charged $99.995, promised a refund and have never received it eithe

I ordered the lipoplex from the website after I seen it on Oprah, I was charged $6.95 on my debit card. The item never came and I had forgot I even ordered the item until my debit card was charged $99.95, I called and spoke with Kasey employee #100354, she stated I would receive a refund however I never received the refund. Today I spoke with Bambi employee #100346, stated she could not see Kasey had promised me a refun, finally I spoke with Kasey today and she stated I should have my refund anyday, well I guess we will see. I think all of us should get a class action going.
