Fraud&we have had a major medical issue and we were promised they would pay but now we find everything has a $300.00 pay off. I turned it over to an attorney & the insurance commission

I feel like we have been robbed! The insurance agent (Thomas Maddox) gave us his word that if anything major happened it would pay off like a slot machine, well something major happened and the insurance will only cover $300.00 per accurance and they lump everything into one accurance. We are drowing in medical bills now that he promised would be taken care of.

We pay over $550.00 per month for nothing and when we signed up we got one quote and charged about $130.00 more when it was taken from our payroll. I am going to turn this over to the Attorney General and Oklahoma Insurance Commission. I'm sick to death of paying hard earned money to a bunch of scam artist and liars.
