A natural way to steal!

I ordered 1 book fron itv - weigh loss cure they don't want you to know about.
I was charged for 3, this happened on 08/28/07, I have not received my order. But after I received my bank statement I saw where 107.97 was charged to my card, so I called to cancel, but no one answered after 2 hours, I called every day, all day, after I checked my bank statement. So I dialed the other phone number and waited 1 hour, and recalled back and press one to place an order and someone answered, so I stated my problem and the issue was not resolved. He said someone would call me back and no one has. So I guess they found a natural way to steal my money, and not supply the product. I do not want their product now, just my money back.
