Those Crooks Stole my Money and Got Me In Trouble With Customs! Claim To Be In Canada But Who Knows

Since I'm always seeing ads for low cost prescriptions from online pharmacies I decided to check into that to get my prescription since I can't afford to buy it locally in the USA. I wanted to find an honest one and every time I did a Google search for the prices of Cafergot, the medication I needed, the same one always came up with the lowest price, XLpharmacy. They have a very professional website that gives a low price and allows ordering it online with a credit card.

They claim they are in Canada at the top of the page which was legal to order from at the time although an actual address was not given anywhere. They offer 100% customer satisfaction or you money back and have a number of glowing customer testimonials.

The website makes it look like it's in the USA or Canada and they also have an 800 number. Anyway, I didn't see any difference between ordering online and going to get it myself but their price is a lot cheaper so I gave them an order for $66.00 using my Master Card on April 29. They called me back the next day to verify all the data I gave them and said the order would take 3 weeks to ship. I wasn't in a hurry and said that would be okay.

I waited and exactly 3 weeks later I got a letter from the Dept. Of Homeland Security, Customs Div. Saying they had intercepted a parcel addressed to me that had been seized by customs in Miami and was going to be destroyed! I emailed the customer service dept at Xlpharmacy telling them about customs seizing the order and the next day someone called and explained they would ship it again free of charge by a different method so I would be sure to get it. I told them not to try
having it shipped from outside the country because that's not allowed and I didn't want to get in trouble. The guy said no problem, he would take care of it but it would take another 3 weeks.

I waited again and after another 3 weeks, guess what, another letter from the Dept. Of Homeland Security, Customs Div. Saying they had intercepted a parcel addressed to me that had been seized by customs in Miami and was going to be destroyed!

I emailed the customer service dept at Xlpharmacy again telling them about customs seizing the shipment again and got a phone call from someone there the next day saying, no problem, they would send me another shipment!
I told them, no, I really don't want to get in trouble so just give me a refund. They said they could give me a gift certificate or send something else instead but I told them I didn't want anything else, just a refund
since they seemed to have no way to send the shipment without it getting seized by customs because of coming in from outside the country, which isn't allowed and it's something that I never agreed to.

After some discussion they decided to give me a refund but said it would take at least 10 days. After waiting 10 days there was no refund but my account on the xlpharmacy website shows a refund was given so I
emailed them again and first they said it was a problem with their bank then they said it was a problem with my account, then when they were pressed admitted they couldn't give me a refund so the only thing I can do is take it up with Master Card. I contacted Master Card but
since it's been 3 months that's so long that too much time has already passed to do a charge back or anything.

This company seems to have no way to actually deliver an order so they are running delaying schemes so that it takes so long that you can't file for a refund from the credit card company. Also, they keep calling to ask if I need a refill and have sold my email address and phone number to other scammers so I keep getting phone calls and email spam from others also. I'd like to get a refund from those crooks but I don't suppose that's possible since they now list an address in the Seychelles so I would just like to warn everyone else, DON'T EVEN TRY TO USE XLpharmacy, it's a RIPOFF!
