I ordered tea from proventeadiet.com and their site promised double your money back guarantee in 60 days. I emailed wuyisource@gmail.com and service@wuyisource.com and had on line chats with them 3 times and they refused to give me instructions for returning the tea insisting I try it longer. I emailed the company that was on my credit card for the charge which was edirectsoftware.com and finally they replied with the address and said to send your full name, email address and order number with empty and full tea boxes to WuYi Source, 2711 East Craig Rd Suite K, North Las Vegas, NV 89030. I hope this helps someone.

The address was actually on the shipping label but I had to be sure where to send it. Hopefully in 3 weeks or so I should have the refund. Thanks to edirectsoftware for answering my email. Stick to selling software though!!
