I placed an order on May 21,07. The order was approved and paid for on May 22,07. On June the 16,07-I sent an email asking about my order and they replied that the estimated time of arrival was June 19,07. I didn't receive my order and I called on June 25,07. They said that the mailing address was wrong. I gave them a new address and the gave me and estimated time of arrival as July 8,07.

On July 10,07 I phoned and they said that the estimated time of arrival was wrong and it should get to me no later than July 20,07. I called them again on July 21,07 and explained that I was going to dispute the transaction with my credit card company due to merchandise undelivered.

This company is very hard to get in touch with - I would be on hold for 10-15 minutes when I called customer service and most emails were not answered and no one was ever available on the live chat. Please keep in mind that when you order with your credit cards that you only have 60 days from the issue date of the statement in which the charge shows up to dispute the transaction. Keep up with all of your contact records and emails that you send and this will help you when you dispute the transaction. I did receive a full refund with the help of my credit card company.
