Charged $10 Monthly for Nine Months After Phone Cancellation

After an over the phone cancellation of my membership, I find out nine months later that they have been taking 10 dollars out every month since. I called and complained and they told me they (Kane T. Caroltone texas) could only refund the last 10 they took since I did not catch for so long. I am expecting a call in "2 hours" per a rep at the Irvine office.
