I was involved in an single car accident with head injury and 3rd degree AC separation and was taken to Emergency.
I am a small business owner and bought my family insurance from UA, under the assumption that it was a "FULL" insurance.

Now, I am stuck with a bill of about 9000, they do not even cover the ambulance cost, I guess they expect you to walk to the ER from the accident area, do not cover any of the recommended lab work while in the emergency, no x-rays, ct-scan coverage.

I am flabbergasted with this company, I could not believe this can happen here.

I am extremely disappointed with this company and would never go back to them. I did get prompt rejection letters from UA, on one single day, I received about 9 different "template' letters.

What a company. Looks like all they use is a nice computer which processes reject printouts and mail them.
