Ripoff don't receive product they don't answer the phone or e-mails yet they take the money Ripoff

I ordered tanning lotion on 5/11/07 for $49.95. As of today 7/6/07 I still have not received my product. I wish I could have my money back. I can't believe a copy could use my money but, not give me a product. I have contacted them Via E-mail, Phone calls, and I also had WITI (FOX 6) milwaukee TV station send them a letter asking for my money. I wish I would have my money back. I feel I was used.
