ALD ENTERPRISE overcharge credit card ripoff

Order a sample of hoodia cancelled with in the 10 days they double billed me 91.40. I called them they said i never cancelled. They said they would refund one of the payments and when the other bottle arrived send it back they refund the other payment. So far they haven't did ethier one. I called them again they said my refund was pending and i needed to call my credit card company and find out why. I called credit card company they said they never herd that one before
