Ripped me off trying to get money back, keep lying to me

In May I ordered these free books from Kevin Trudeau which cost alot of money for shipping and when I ordered the books the lady was trying to sell me all this stuff and I told her I was not interested. She mentioned the 5.95 for the newsletter, I told her NO, I did not want it and did NOT want my card charged for it, I made sure she understood and she said she did but on May 25, I noticed it came through my card, ever since then, I have called over 10 times and they say they will credit me back, it has been a month and they still have not given my money back.
