Charged me 129.90 illegitimately

I signed up for 7 day free trial of $6.95 for UltimaPatch.in 2 days after that for 3 days I tried to cancel my membership but they said I don't have an account with them.in 7 seven days after signing up for their account, I was charged $69.90, and then in 10 days after that I was charged $60.00. But I saw all this on my bank statement only in a week after all the charges.

I called them explaining what happened about 6 times but I was told that they can only return me 50% of each amount, so they returned me $30.00 and $29.98. They definetely have some math problems if 50% of $69.90 is $30.00.

I called my bank to dispute $60.00 but they said they can't do anything about it. I called UltimaPatch again because I couldn't understand why they charged me $60.00: it didn't say anything about it in terms and conditions, and I was told that it was charged for signing for some website ultimagroup.com which I didn't do.

But I am not giving up; today I'm going to fax my bank the complain about being charged an unauthorized amount of $60.00 by UltimaPatch, they will charge the amount bank, cancel my card and will send me another one. We'll see what will come out of this.
Hate being cheated: feel like a fool.
