Ripoff No response from customer service Debited my checking account for product I didn't order and didn't want

As in another report about TriClear, I fell for their scam of paying shipping only to try their product. A month later, $76.00 is taken out of my checking account - which I didn't authorize - by TriClear and product - which I didn't order or want - appears in my mailbox.
I have contacted their customer service department (if you can call it that!) three times by email over the past four days. Of course, I have not received a response. I have requested a return authorization for the product I got but didn't order and don't want, I have asked them to cancel my "membership" and refund my $76.00. Of course, I haven't heard from them!!!
I would submit that calling ANYTHING in TriClear a "customer service department" borders on false advertising. They don't know the meaning of the word "service."
I would be very willing to join and/or start a class action suit against these people. Scams like this need to be stopped. Something needs to get their attention!
