They ripped me off for 6 bottles of pills totaling $301.40 and did not cancel when i requested Arizona

Cp direct ripped me off for 6 bottles of their bullcrap. I sent the first one back and never recieved a refund. Then on top of that they kept sending them too me. I called up and canceled but they kept sending them. Then about 3 months later i called up to cancel again, and they told me that if they were still in the brown package and unopendeed. To write "refused" return to sender on the brown envelope and put in mailbox for the mailman to take. That way i would not have to pay for shipping the longitude capsules back to them. Thay said it would take at least 4-6 weeks for them to issue a credit to my visa. I have been to the cp-receivership website numerous times and could not find any claim forms. Did anyone see these claim forms yet? Can anyone tell me where to find them? These crooks owe me $301.40!
